The HyperHosting
Introduction
HyperHosting has been around for over six
years now and we are proud to have established a very loyal
customer base. The difference between HyperHosting and the
rest of the competition is that we strive for quality in
every department.
This includes the speed of our support, the
hardware that goes in to the server, the datacenter we place
our servers in, and even the type of people we hire.
There is absolutely no reason why you should
put up with a host that is always down or takes days to
reply to your emails. Try HyperHosting for risk free 30
days and if you aren't absolutely 100% satisfied with the
service you receive, simply cancel for a complete refund!
The bottom line is that we want you as a customer,
and we want our customers to be thrilled with the service
received. The best way for this to happen is for you to
contact us with every question you have. We're here to
help, just give us a chance.

The HyperHosting
Story
HyperHosting was created to give our customers
a reliable and supportive web hosting company.
We tried numerous web hosting companies and
not one offered a combination of good technical support
and a reliable server. At one point and time we fell for
hosting companies that promised unlimited transfer and disk
space and then they didn't live up to their promise.
Then we tried web hosting companies that offered
us incredible amounts of storage space and bandwidth for
a cheap price, only to find out they couldn't truly provide
this. We even tried a more reasonably priced web host only
to find out they kept our money and would very rarely reply
to e-mails and if they did, it took multiple days of waiting.
This was the case with nearly every web hosting
company we tried. They all failed to provide a reply time
of 24 hours, and that was even on business days! Many of
them didn't even bother to reply to us at all. One company
was consistent with a 3 day reply time, but it usually was
a one sentence reply that didn't answer our question.
Needless to say we became sick of this pathetic
service and decided that we would start our own web hosting
company. This was in 1999 and we haven't looked back since.
Here's what we've done to address the pitfalls
that other providers had:
