Our network connectivity is better then nearly all other web hosting providers. We have connectivity to 5 different backbones with an OC12 smart ring to two providers for redundancy purposes. The backbone connections are to UUNet, AT&T, Level 3, Global Crossing, and BellSouth. This ensures that your visitors will always be able to access your site! If one provider is having problems we will route the traffic through another backbone provider and that should result in nearly no downtime.

Network Connectivity should be your #1 decision in choosing a provider. If the network relies on one backbone and that cable gets cut it could take well over 24 hours to repair. Can you afford to lose 24 hours of traffic? If not, you must choose a provider with redundant network connectivity. We believe we have some of the best network connectivity and pricing.

Here are a few key points we are happy to guarantee:

• If for any reason you aren't happy with the dedicated server after 30 days you can back out of the contract and receive a complete refund.
• If you don't receive a reply to your support question in 24 hours from Monday to Friday you don't pay for that day.
• If your server is down for more then 0.5% of the time in any one month and was our fault we will give you a free month of service.

Don't forget that our servers also come with free port monitoring so we can verify that your servers are responding and online. You also don't pay for technical support unless it takes an extremely large amount of our time.
