HyperHosting Privacy Statement
We would like you to take a minute of your time and
read over our privacy statement. We feel that all our visitors
should know how their information is used.
The first thing you should know is that we will never sell
your information to other companies. When you pay us for web
hosting or web design we will collect information such as your
name, address, e-mail address, and phone number to start. When
we obtain this information we are obtaining it so we can contact
you to answer your questions.
The second part is when you go to the billing section and have
to enter your credit card information. This is the one thing that
scares many people, but we want to assure you that your credit
card information is safe. When you go to our order page we
will use our secure server to obtain all this information. This
ensures that no third party can see any information you enter.
When you enter your credit card number in to our order form and
click the Order button your information is secure. This is then
sent through to CyberCash for verification purposes and they tell
us if the information entered is accurate. This information will
then be placed in a secure database that only we have access to.

If for any reason you feel that your credit card number has
been stolen from our servers, we will pay the $50 fee your credit
card provider can legally hold you liable for. This will cover
your only expense to cancel that credit card and you will not
be held liable for the other charges. Not all credit card companies
require that you pay this fee, but if yours does we will cover
it.
[ Note: This applies to US residents only. ]
It is important for you to know that we have never received a
complaint from someone saying that their credit card number was
stolen because of us. We are confident that this will never
be a problem, and that’s why we offer to pay the $50 fee if it ever
would happen.
The information you give us will never be disclosed to anyone
other then HyperHosting. The only exception to this, is that
if US law requires us to disclose that information, we will comply
with the proper authorities.
If you have any additional concerns, please let
us know.
